Coupled with the removal of the SafeDisc driver, there is (at the time of writing this guide) no way to install the game from the retail discs directly on Windows 10.

Make sure you have installed the retail CD version of Red Alert 2 (the base game) by these guidelines before proceeding.

I have the retail CD version and DO NOT use Windows 10. This is an expansion pack for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2, so make sure you install the base game first.
